Catering for an ageing population in the hospitality industry. There will be 1 billion humans over 60 in the next 10 years. The over 60s hold much of the global wealth and are becoming the primary tourists filling the hotel rooms, and restaurants around the world. Businesses need to adapt their service to cater for this ages group, for example using larger text in menus, seating in waiting areas. Listen to your older customers and you will be able appeal to this growing demographic, increasing your market share.
