He is often described as Europe’s leading Futurist, with a long track record in industry forecasting. He has worked with over 400 of the world’s 2,000 largest corporations, in every sector and region, often sharing the platform with their CEOs at their most important global events.
A physician by first training, he warned of global risks from new viral pandemics like COVID in books published in 1998 and 2015, in hundreds of media interviews and at corporate events. His first start-up was an AI simulator that used computers to talk to and diagnose patients.
