Most IT systems, computers and mobile phones have serious faults which have not been fixed - yet are still sold to unwitting consumers who get angry and frustrated as a result. Scandal that man companies sell products that their own managers know are bugged, unreliable, and hard to use to do important things. Example is getting mobile phones or personal organisers to communicate reliably with computers to share data. Most managers find this hard - even in PC or mobile phone companies.
