People often say that everything is changing all the time but what is the truth?

Many trends are changing relatively slowly and in more predictably than many imagine.

And even when rapid changes happen as disruptive events such as shift to virtual work during COVID, those changes often revert to some extent.

Example over shift back to office working or hybrid working by companies such as Apple.

Imagine someone who has been unconscious for 20 years - and wakes up.

How long would it take to bring that person up to date with what has changed in our world?

Future of technology, future of IT, social trends and changes in customer expectations.

Future of virtual teams and workplace. These trends affect retail, banking, IT innovation, and leadership itself.
