Quiet Quitters: 50% US workforce wish they were working elsewhere

50% of US workers are Quiet Quitters according to 2022 survey.

These workers are disengaged, not motivated, doing the minimum, and have lost any sense of passion or purpose at work.

Key reason for Quite Quitting has been social isolation due to Lockdown and Virtual Working / WFH / Home Working.

The answer is to bring people back together in teams and other forums or corporate events, help them to capture again the reason why you exist as a company, the difference the company makes and why the role they play is so significant.
