How highly talented women are driving change at work

We are still some way off gender equality in boardrooms yet 70% of medical school entrants, and 64% of law school entrants are women. Men are being out performed academically throughout the UK. Women are not reaching the boardroom, even though they represent a greater proportion of corporate talent. There is a cultural issue, of balance, especially for women. Only 12% of mothers want to work full time. Husbands increasingly having secondary careers in households and taking on childcare responsibilities.
