Industry 4.0, or Manufacturing 4.0 is NOT enough.  As we have seen, you can create a hyperconnected world of factories in future. 

But without a human touch, all we have done is hyper-automated a very rigid production system - creating major new manufacturing risks.

Future manufacturing is also about being agile, innovative, creative, dynamic, adjusting manufacturing strategy rapidly in response to changing market conditions, multiple supply chain disruption and other issues.\
