I think that scientists and politicians need to work far more closely together to solve global warming challenges. Trouble is that many politicians do not understand green technology innovation and how it can transform our world. They tend to think mainly about subsidies, energy prices and political risks.

Thanks - yes there is a debate about the science of global warming etc, which can be confusing to some. But the overall trends are clear - which is that most people think that global warming is a threat, so most politicians and companies will follow.

I agree with all the statements, but how to gather people around the idea of sustainagility if we meet lots of so called specialists who say that lots of problems are artificially constructed by politicians in order to empower them? I teach students reverse logistics, and say them about global warming. But I am obliged to say them also, that there are people who state that global warming does not exist. Sorry for my English, but I hope you understand my point.
God bless you
Jacek
