Video made in 2007 before the Real Estate crash in Ukraine.  Comment on Video: "I have visited Ukraine several times, and seen at first hand the entrepreneurial dynamism here, which is driving business and social enterprises / not-profit organisations.  Ukraine is a country which is looking both to the West and to the East - with ethnic Ukrainians and Russians living side by side who sometimes view East and West differently.  Ukraine lives in the tension of enjoying freedom, yet being dependent in some ways (especially for gas supplies) on it's giant Russian neighbour.  Ukraine (as of 2011) is already starting to recover from the real estate crash".

Video covers: ukraine economy is growing fast with real estate speculation and risk of a market correction. Country is open to international investment, with business friendly government and good infrastructure." Expect further rapid growth and social transformation.  By Dr Patrick Dixon, Futurist and author of Futurewise.
