Subject: Bugs under the skin

In Regina, SK Canada there seems to be a problem of bugs under the skin. The one lady washed all her clothes and hair. She put on clean clothes. A few hours later she had bites up her right leg while wearing pants. She was outside of her building while that happened. She was at the Empire Hotel in the bar which is owned by Larry the Russian. It could be possible the bugs are in the bar but you can't see them.
